The Provider commits to delivering services with the highest degree of care, knowledge, and professionalism. While the Provider will apply all relevant skills and expertise, the Client understands that success and outcomes depend on various factors, including the Client’s own efforts and circumstances.

 

3. Confidentiality

Both the Provider and the Client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information shared during the course of their interaction, including but not limited to personal details, therapeutic processes, or any other matters discussed during sessions. The Provider and the Client agree not to disclose any such information to third parties unless required by law or with prior written consent from the other party.

 

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. By purchasing services through this website, the Client agrees that they may not cancel or request refunds after the service has been provided. The Provider reserves the right to refuse services if payments are not completed in advance.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Provider reserves the right to retain the payment for the missed session. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. Modification of Services

The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time. The Provider will notify the Client of any significant changes to the service offerings.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions, including but not limited to texts, guides, videos, and any other media, remain the intellectual property of the Provider. The Client may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without prior written consent.

 

8. No Guarantees

The Provider does not guarantee any specific results from the therapeutic or educational services provided. While every effort is made to assist the Client in achieving their goals, the outcomes depend on the Client’s own actions and circumstances.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of the Client’s use of the services provided. In any case, the total liability of the Provider under this agreement shall always be limited to the actual price paid for the services provided.

 

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to the Client’s use of the services provided. The Client acknowledges that the services offered are intended for therapeutic and educational purposes only, and the Provider makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. The Client assumes full responsibility for any actions taken as a result of the services provided.

 

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from or related to the provision of services, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

 

13. Refund Policy

Payments for services are made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific case. By purchasing services through this website, the Client agrees that they cannot cancel the purchase or request a refund after the service has been delivered. The Provider reserves the right to refuse the provision of services if the payment has not been made in advance.

 

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
